Card Template (Merge this Microsoft Word label template with
an Excel spreadsheet that you can export from student lists in
your CAMS account to print students' portfolio usernames and
passwords on 1.33" x 4" Avery #5162 labels. To include
your school username and password, add two columns to the
spreadsheet and label them "School Username" and "School Password" to
match the merge codes in the template and then copy your school
username and password into those columns for each student. You can
also delete the merge codes in the template and add your
school username and password to the template, but
make sure to update the rest of the labels before you complete the
merge.)
