	It is the intention of Futures for Kids to protect the privacy of all participants in our system. PERSONAL INFORMATION Futures for Kids collects personal information from users on a voluntary basis only and provides users with private and secure areas to post and modify their information on our site. We do not sell or forward our users' personal information to anyone for any reason unless we have been properly authorized by the user. Our users decide for themselves what information they wish to give to others. Futures for Kids provides both private and "limited" public web based discussion boards where students can interact with Employers, Career Coaches and Mentors. Both adults and students are identified only by their login (or screen) name. All adults must undergo a criminal background check andNC sexual offender check prior to being allowed to participate. All discussions are monitored for improper language and/or content. ABOUT COOKIES At Futures for Kids, we use cookies only for the protection and convenience of our users. Cookies enable us to serve secure pages to our users without asking them to login repeatedly. POSTING RULES Under A1. Posting Rules (b) You may not use your Document(s) to: (i) impersonate another person, living or dead; (ii) post false, inaccurate or misleading information; (iii) post advertisements or solicitations of business (including, but not limited to, Multi-Level Marketing [MLM] positions, Email Processors, Project 21, franchises, "club memberships," distributorships, or anything requiring a monetary investment by the User); or (iv) post chain letters or pyramid schemes. STUDENTS (USER) RULES Under A2. Conduct Rules (f) Futures for Kids is under no obligation to monitor the conduct of its Users, although any electronic interactions may be monitored. F4K may investigate and respond when violations are reported.
