The Portfolio allows students to store and maintain
files, such as a completed
contract form for the Graduation Project, weekly
progress reports, and even the research paper or a
PowerPoint for the presentation. |

Conversations on the message boards are automatically
saved to
the student's portfolio for documentation and access. |

|
|
In
addition to storing files and documents in their
Portfolio, students can also
choose to share the
Portfolio (or other individually selected components)
with
specific individuals, encouraging greater
involvement by mentors, parents
and other participants. |

|
|
Students have the ability to record data for the
optional Service Learning
component of the Graduation Project and can save a document
related to
the experience,
such as a time sheet or a letter of reference. |
 |
|

|
|
Educators can access student profiles through the Career
Advisor Management
System (CAMS), allowing them to
select students by various groupings,
view progress and
completion reports, and export data for mass printing. |
 |
|

|
|
Educators can also record notes related to advisement
activities regarding
an
individual student, for example, indicating a Graduation
Project has been
approved. The comments can be entered so they are
visible to the student
or
intended only for other educators, such as a career
counselor and English
teacher communicating about a student’s research paper. |
