Susan Milliken is an Army brat from Fayetteville, NC. She
graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
with a B.A. in Journalism. She was formerly a Marketing
Communications Strategist with IBM and has experience as an
Event Planner, News Reporter and Jill of all trades. Susan
wakes up each morning and goes to bed thinking about how we
can band together to help our kids stay in school and make the
most of their individual talents.  |

John obtained his
undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech with the help of the
G.I. Bill.
He has over 40 years of experience in the
workforce and has held various management positions in the
heavy equipment industry and with trade associations
representing that industry. John is an ardent supporter of
career and technical education and work-based learning
experiences for high school students that are aligned with
their career plans. John has been a member of the F4K team
for four years and has traveled all over North Carolina
helping educators implement the program in their schools. He
also works with our Educational Leadership Team that has
helped shape our program to meet the needs of both students
and the education community.

Rebecca Cooper was born
in Pennsylvania but she is a "Tar Heel bred," growing up in
Buies Creek, North Carolina and graduating from UNC Chapel Hill with a
degree in Public Relations. She also spent time
studying abroad in the Sichuan Province of China.
Rebecca's background includes PR, graphic design, retail and
customer service, and she
is using those skills to get the
word out about F4K.

Since
graduating from NC State in 1989, Ann has been active in
business development in both the nonprofit and the corporate
world where she worked for Holly Hill Hospital, American
Heart Association, and Wake Education Partnership. These
roles have included identifying, building, and maintaining
strong relationships with community leaders and elected
officials to meet annual goals, work closely with executive
teams on the strategic direction of companies and manage
fundraising campaigns. Ann is responsible for cultivating
and nurturing relationships with current and potential
corporate, foundation, and government funders. She plans to
increase F4K’s donor base while raising awareness across NC.
When Ann is not working, she is usually outside playing with
her son, Alden and their sweet dog Gracie.
