How did you get to where you are today?
Odds are someone encouraged you—or kicked you in the rear end when you needed it. Here, you have a chance to make that same impact, step in and change the direction of a kid’s life, through Futures for Kids (F4K).

At F4K, you talk about what you know—your career. You’ll answer questions from kids who are interested in art (or math or bugs or whatever it is you’re into) but don’t know what that means in terms of a career.

It’s easy. You host an online discussion board. You don’t get email in your inbox. Rather, we “tickle” you with a message when a student puts a question on the board you’re hosting.

As a Career Coach, you’ll be a “Partner” in our efforts to show kids the relevance of education and the importance of having a career plan. You’ll also connect with students who are interested in the same things you were and could one day work for your company.
